St Albans Business Woman wins National Business Award

Businesswoman Caroline Deutsch from Select Appointments, St Albans has been crowned Best Franchisee in the 2017 Best Business Women Awards. The prestigious competition seeks to find the very best female business talent from across the UK.

Caroline Deutsch said "I was absolutely delighted to be nominated as a Finalist so to actually win this award and to achieve recognition for all the hard work is wonderful. As a Business Owner you often forget what a good job you are doing and receiving a wining trophy for something I love doing makes it even more worthwhile!"

Judges said: "This was an excellent entry. This business woman is clearly passionate about the business and articulates strategy clearly. She produced a well laid out entry including metrics, very strong evidence and demonstrated business growth with a clear plan for the next 5 years. She is clearly motivated by service to both clients and candidates".

Caroline set up Select Appointments, St Albans three years ago and she and her team provide both permanent and temporary staff within the local area across all office based roles from entry level to Executive level. They find jobs for people and people for jobs, priding themselves on delivering the best possible service to everyone.

Debbie Gilbert, organiser of The Best Business Women Awards said "We were overwhelmed with the number of entries this year, which came in from all over the UK. This is a tough competition judged by business experts. To win is a major achievement. Winners were selected for their business acumen, determination, creativity and tenacity. Our winners are shining examples of being amazing entrepreneurs who have proved their success to our judges and have showed they have the ingredients worthy of being recognised and rewarded".

Over 300 attended the glittering award ceremony, which was held at Tewin Bury Farm Hotel in Hertfordshire.
